At Fusion Car Wraps, we take great pride in providing high-quality vehicle wraps, using premium materials and expert installation techniques. We offer a 5-year warranty on both labor and materials to ensure the durability and performance of your wrap. Please review the full details of our warranty below:

We provide a 5-year warranty on both labor and materials for all car wraps we install. This warranty includes:

• Labor Warranty: If any issues arise due to improper installation—such as peeling, lifting, or poor adhesion—within 5 years, we will repair or replace the wrap at no additional labor cost.
• Material Warranty: The materials used in your wrap (vinyl, adhesive, etc.) are also covered for 5 years. This includes:
  • Fading: Significant fading or loss of vibrancy under normal conditions.
  • Peeling or Lifting: Adhesive failure or peeling.
  • Cracking or Shrinking: Issues with cracking, shrinking, or splitting due to manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Minor fading, scratches, scuffs, or abrasions due to regular use or environmental exposure (e.g., dirt, road debris).
• Improper Care: Damage from improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials.
• Accidents or Collisions: Damage caused by accidents, physical impact, or vehicle mishandling.
• Environmental Damage: Damage from extreme weather conditions (hail, UV exposure, etc.).
• Vehicle Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle after wrap installation.
• Third-Party Work: Damage or issues arising from other services or products installed on the vehicle after the wrap.

Fusion Car Wraps does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once the installation is completed and the wrap is applied, the transaction is considered final. We will, however, address any issues covered by the warranty, as outlined above.

Fusion Car Wraps is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle itself, its paint, or any other parts during the installation, removal, or maintenance of the wrap. This includes:

• Paint Damage: While our wraps are designed to protect the vehicle’s paint, we are not responsible for any pre-existing or future damage to the vehicle’s paint due to the wrap’s application or removal.
• Other Vehicle Components: We are not liable for damage to any part of the vehicle, including windows, trim, or mechanical components, during the installation or removal process.

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at (469) 922-6466 or fusioncarwraps@gmail.com.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the affected area.
3. Ensure the vehicle has been properly maintained as per the care instructions provided at the time of installation.
4. Warranty claims will be reviewed within 10 business days.

If your warranty claim is approved:

• Labor Warranty: We will repair or reapply the wrap at no additional charge for labor.
• Material Warranty: If the material is found to be defective, we will either repair or replace the affected area at no charge for materials or labor.

While we ensure the highest quality of materials and workmanship, Fusion Car Wraps is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages to the vehicle or any other property arising from the installation, performance, or removal of the wrap.

To ensure the longevity of your wrap, we recommend the following:

• Regular Washing: Wash the vehicle with mild soap and water. Avoid using high-pressure washers.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive materials or harsh cleaning products.
• Parking: Whenever possible, park your vehicle in shaded or indoor areas to reduce exposure to UV rays and extreme weather conditions.
