At Fusion Car Wraps, we take pride in delivering high-quality vehicle wraps using premium materials and expert installation techniques. Our goal is to ensure long-lasting performance, durability, and customer satisfaction. Below are the full details of our warranty coverage.

Vehicle Wrap Warranty (5 Years)

We provide a 5-year warranty on both labor and materials for all vehicle wraps we install.

Labor Warranty includes coverage for any issues caused by improper installation, such as peeling, lifting, bubbling, or adhesion failure. If any of these issues occur within 5 years, we will repair or reinstall the affected area at no additional labor cost.

Material Warranty:

 covers defects in the vinyl and adhesive materials used. This includes significant fading or loss of color under normal conditions, peeling or lifting due to adhesive failure, and cracking, shrinking, or splitting caused by manufacturer defects.

Additional Service Warranties

Paint Protection Film (PPF) comes with a 10-year warranty.

Powder Coating services come with a 10-year warranty.

Brake Caliper paint and finishes come with an 8-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including minor fading, scratches, scuffs, chips, or abrasions from regular use or environmental exposure. It also does not cover damage caused by improper care, including the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or improper cleaning techniques. Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, misuse, or neglect is not covered. Environmental damage, such as hail, extreme weather conditions, excessive UV exposure, or road debris, is excluded. Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle after installation will void the warranty. Additionally, any damage or issues caused by third-party work or services performed after installation are not covered.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Fusion Car Wraps does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the installation has been completed. However, we will honor any valid warranty claims as outlined in this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Fusion Car Wraps is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle itself, its paint, or any components during installation, removal, or maintenance of the wrap. This includes pre-existing paint damage, weak or failing clear coat, or any paint issues that may arise after installation or removal. We are also not liable for damage to trims, panels, rubber seals, windows, or mechanical components. Furthermore, Fusion Car Wraps is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the installation, performance, or removal of the wrap.

Warranty Claims Process:

 To file a warranty claim, please contact us at (469) 922-6466 or fusioncarwraps@gmail.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the affected area. The vehicle must have been properly maintained according to the care instructions provided at the time of installation. All warranty claims will be reviewed within 10 business days.

Approved Claims: 

If your claim is approved, any labor-related issues will be repaired at no cost. If a material defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected area at no charge for both labor and materials.

Maintenance Recommendations

To ensure the longevity of your wrap, we recommend regular washing using mild soap and water. Avoid high-pressure washing and do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials. Whenever possible, park your vehicle in shaded or indoor areas to reduce exposure to UV rays and extreme weather conditions.
